Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges for our services range in price due to location and order size. See below!

  • Small Catalog Options (Cookies/Macarons/Pastries/etc)
    Delivery charges for local counties range from $5-10 depending on location.

  • Cakes Catalog options (Menu Cakes/Custom Cakes)
    Delivery Charges for local and outside counties range from $15-20 depending on location.

Pick-up Policy

  • Please make sure to clarify/confirm your preferred time for pick-up when placing an order with us!

  • Once your order has been picked up, Bohemian Bakery is no longer responsible for the resulting delivery of your order. We are more than happy to suggest transportation tips/tricks!

Small Catalog Options (Cookies/Macarons/Pastries/etc)

  • Our Small Catalog Options are ready for same day pick-up/delivery. We ask that you give us at least 1 to 2 hours notice for order pick-up/delivery.

  • For Large Orders (10+ items), we ask that you give us at least 24-48 hours notice. This allotted time gives us ample room to better meet your order promptly!

CAKES CATALOG OPTIONS (MENU CAKES)

  • Due to the volume of incoming orders, Bohemian Bakery has a mandatory 72 hour notice policy. Although our signature cakes are readily made, the care and artistry required to deliver top quality presentations takes time.

  • Our payment policy for this menu is FULL CHARGE upon delivery/pickup. See Payment Options below for more information.

CAKES CATALOG OPTIONS (CUSTOM CAKES)

  • Due to the volume of incoming orders, Bohemian Bakery has a mandatory 2 weeks notice policy for ALL Custom Cakes. Part of our mission is to share delightfully sweet and joyous moments on your special day, and in order for us to meet your order we do require ample time to plan, build, and present our very best.

  • Custom Cakes pricing is based on sizing, additives, and decor.

  • In order for us to better meet your expectations, we ask that you provide as much detail and information as possible when ordering.

  • Bohemian Bakery accepts the following forms of payment: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash-app, Cash or Check. (Our Credit-based payment plans are coming soon to our online shop).

  • For our Small Catalog and Menu Cakes Options, payment is to be made in FULL upon delivery/pick-up.

  • For our Custom Cakes, Bohemian Bakery has a mandatory 50% payment upon ordering, and the other 50% (plus applicable delivery charges) upon due date. This method is to ensure our liability and initial cost. This method also aids in better results for both parties, reducing the chance of last minute cancellations. If for any reason you do have to cancel your Custom Cake order, you will receive a full refund ONLY before the 72 hour notice before due date. If you decide to cancel your order within the 72 hours, we hold the right to no refunds upon policy. You can change your due date at anytime, we ask that you communicate this information with us as soon as possible to avoid confusion.

  • All payment/sales plans are final and non-negotiable. There is a strict no exchange policy in place at all times.

  • PUSH ORDERS - If by any reason your order placement is within the mandatory time notice, Bohemian Bakery charges an additional $40.00 USD for inconvenience and expediting services. This charge is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

PAYMENT

At Bohemian Bakery, we are committed to providing delicious treats while also prioritizing the safety of our customer. Please be aware that our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Nuts & Tree Nuts

  • Dairy Products

  • Eggs

  • Gluten

  • Soy

  • Wheat

While we take great care to prevent cross-contamination and accommodate special dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from allergens. It’s important for customers with food allergies to exercise their own discretion and inform our staff about any specific dietary restrictions.

If you have concerns about allergens, please speak with our team before placing your order. We are happy to provide detailed ingredient information and discuss any precautions we can take to address your needs.
